Coconut Chicken Chinese

Ingredients

– 4-6 skinless chicken breasts
– 3/4 cup coconut milk
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 4 shallots, diced
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 teaspoons fresh ground cumin
– 2 teaspoons fresh ground ginger
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander
– 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Method

1. In a shallow dish mix together coconut milk, honey, garlic, shallots, cumin, ginger, coriander, and turmeric.
